逯光文,男,四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室教授,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。
人物经历
2005年9月-2011年6月,中国科学院微生物研究所博士。
2011年7月-2014年7月,中国科学院微生物研究所助理研究员。
2014年8月-2015年2月,中国科学院微生物研究所副研究员。
2015年3月,四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室教授。
科研方向
研究目的主要从事囊膜病毒的受体识别和致病机制研究。通过解析病原表面配体与宿主受体分子的复合物结构,并进一步利用生物化学、细胞生物学等方法验证结合模式,揭示病原侵入机制,为寻找有效的、靶向病毒侵入过程的抑制剂分子提供基础。
研究方向1.病毒侵入与致病机制研究;
2.病毒与宿主互作的分子基础研究;
3.基于结构的疫苗设计和抗体改造。
著述成果
在国际学术期刊发表SCI论文27篇,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共第一和共通讯)在Nature,Nature Structural Molecular Biology,PNAS,Nature Communications等国际杂志发表论文13篇,参与译校《病毒学原理》(第三版)书籍1部,申请国家发明专利2项,主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,作为子课题负责人参加传染病防治重大专项项目1项。
