刘开辉的个人简介
刘开辉,北京大学特聘研究员,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,北京市杰青基金获得者。2004年本科毕业于北京师范大学物理系。2009年在中国科学院物理研究所获理学博士学位。2009年至2014年在美国加州大学伯克利分校物理系从事博士后工作。2014年被聘为北京大学物理学院研究员,博士生导师。

2004年本科毕业于北京师范大学物系。2009年在中国科学院物理研究所获理学博士学位,师从王恩哥院士。2009-2014年在美国加州大学伯克利分校物理系从事博士后工作,合作导师为王枫。2014年被聘为北京大学物理学院研究员,博士生导师。2015年获得自然科学基金委优秀青年基金。2019年获得北京市自然科学基金杰出青年基金。
研究方向
研究内容:界面调控二维材料生长动力学和物性研究,纳米材料的结构和物理,非平衡超快动力学过程。
研究对象:一维碳纳米管,二维石墨烯、氮化硼,石墨烯光子晶体光纤等。
工作介绍
一:发展局域元素供应调控二维材料生长新方法
刘开辉研究员课题组从表界面调控生长出发,将氧元素和氟元素引入到石墨烯生长体系的界面,将石墨烯生长速度大大提高。该系列研究工作开拓出一条元素调控二维材料生长动力学及热力学过程的新道路,为二维材料生长方向开辟了一个全新的调控自由度。
二:发展米级二维单晶制备通用方法
刘开辉研究员课题组发展了特殊的退火工艺,成功地将工业级多晶铜转化单晶,并在此基础上外延生长出米级单晶石墨烯和100平方厘米单晶六方氮化硼单层薄膜。
三:发展高精度纳米光谱学表征技术
刘开辉研究员课题组在低维材料的结构表征与性质对应方面取得了一系列研究进展:首次探测了单根碳纳米管光学极化率;与刘忠范院士合作证明石墨烯光纤是一种全新的光电功能材料,制备出了强光与物质相互作用的复合光学晶体―石墨烯光子晶体光纤。
学术成就
深入研究米级单晶材料制备技术和纳米光谱学表征技术,在二维材料超快生长设计、米级单晶材料制造、先进纳米光谱学表征技术发展、低维材料结构和物理研究方向取得了多项创新性研究成果。发表SCI论文130余篇(Google Scholar citations 4100,h-index 38),其中包括第一作者和通讯作者的Nature,Nature Nanotechnology (3篇),Nature Physics,Nature Chemistry,Nature Photonics,Nature Communications (5篇),PNAS(2篇),JACS (3篇),Advanced Materials (7篇),Nano Letters (4篇),ACS Nano (3篇)。
