卢虹冰的个人简介
卢虹冰,女,汉族,教授,博士生导师,1988年、1991年毕业于西安交通大学生物医学工程专业,分别获学士及硕士学位。学历经历
1998 年于清华大学电机系获生物医学工程专业博士学位。
1999-2002年在纽约州立大学石溪分校IRIS实验室从事博士后研究,现在第四军医大学生物医学工程系计算机应用教研室工作,为IEEE EMBS学会、SPIE、中国生物医学工程学会等学会会员,担任教育部医药类计算机基础课程教学指导分委会委员、陕西省图形图象学会常务理事、陕西生物医学工程学会理事、《医学信息》杂志编委,IEEE Trans. on Medical Imaging及IEEE Trans. On Nuclear Science等杂志论文评阅人,享受军队优秀专业技术人才岗位津贴。
2005年获军队院校“育才奖”银奖。主要从事医学图像图形处理技术方面的研究,包括胸部及脑部单光子发射断层成像的定量重建、低剂量CT/ECT成像系统的噪声抑制、基于锥形束CT的乳腺三维成像及医学可视化与计算机辅助诊断(CAD)等工作。目前负责国家自然科学基金资助项目二项(No. 30470490及30170278),教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金一项,军队“十一五”面上项目一项,省市科技计划项目二项,参加美国NIH资助项目(R01 CA82402)一项,曾参与国家自然科学基金资助项目、国防科工委预研基金、军队“九五”指令性课题的研究工作,申请美国专利一项。已发表论文五十余篇(被SCI、EI等收录20篇以上),主编教材一部,参编专著二部。
