刘玮(南开教授)的个人简介
刘玮,现任南开大学副教授,硕士导师。主要从事CIGS薄膜材料及光伏器件研究。
职位
2007年毕业于南开大学物理学院取得理学博士学位;
毕业后至今工作于南开信息学院;
2007年任讲师;
2009年任副教授,研究方向为光伏薄膜材料与能源材料物理及器件的研究。
主要从事
主要从事CIGS薄膜材料及光伏器件研究。在铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜反应机制、元素损失机制、及器件优化等研究方面取得一定研究成果(见文章列表);并分别在低温沉积及柔性衬底上生长CIGS薄膜的反应动力及器件优化上展开研究,取得国家自然基金及教育部相关项目。(见下表)
