刘欣刚(电子科大教授)的个人简介
刘欣刚,电子科技大学教授,博士生导师。现任电子科技大学格拉斯哥学院副院长。
人物经历
1996 年至2000 年就读于电子科技大学电子工程学院,2000 年7 月获得工学学士学位并保送硕士研究生。2000 年9 月至2003 年7 月于电子科技大学电子工程学院学生科工作。2003 年9 月赴韩国岭南大学情报通信学部学习,并分别于2005 年和2009 年获得工学硕士和博士学位。
2010年3月至2011年8月担任韩国BK21研究员 (韩国延世大学电气电子工学部);2011年1月至2015年7月任电子科技大学电子工程学院副教授/博导;2012年1月至2013年12月受聘为 韩国东国大学兼职教授;2015年8月至今任电子科技大学电子工程学院教授/博导。

研究领域复杂环境下人脸/人体行为识别,高性能视频编解码,视频错误掩盖,图像质量评估,模式判决
研究概况研究领域多与多媒体信号处理及通信相关,主要包括视频转换码技术、图像质量评估、视频信号的终端错误掩盖、视频模式判决和3D 图像编码等。近年来以第一作者的身份在相关研究方向的国际杂志、学术会议上发表了五十余篇SCI、EI 检索的学术文章。近年来作为主研或项目主管参与了多项韩国政府、企业的项目研发工作。作为程序主席、组织委员会委员、技术委员会委员等参与了二十余个IEEE 国际学会的主办工作,如U-Science2013、CIT2012、ISPA2011、UMES2011、CSE2010、HPCC2009 等。被邀请担任多个如JWCN、MTAP 等具有国际影响力的学术杂志的特邀编辑。被邀请担任多家如IEEE Trans. on Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. on Consumer Electronic,Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation 等国际著名学术杂志的审稿人。
